Zone by phone unreliable

Hi.
I would like to report that zone by phone was very unreliable today when i tried it. After i entered my user ID number and pin i got the message saying that i am logged in and my name as i recorded it but after that i couldn't hear anything. I tried 3 different numbers including UK but i found this problem in all of them. Eventualy i mannaged to enter with one of the US numbers but i don't know which one.
So i am wondering if anyone else had this problem or if it is just me.

i've only called zone by phone once, and it is okay for me. i really need to know how to get on to the UK number, even though i am from there. lol
